Fantastic and creative atmosphere. Always the place for high tea!!

I came to hippopotamus for high tea and was not disappointed! Everything was delicious and put together beautifully. I had the fruit tea and a glass of bubbly, both very good! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was very impressed by how accommodating the staff were, they brought out separate plates with pregnancy safe food for the pregnant ladies in our group. It was about average price as other high teas but was worth it, I would definitely recommend coming here!

We had an excellent dinner in a beautifully appointed restaurant and the view added to the ambiance. The decor was artfully and playfully arranged and the china was unique. The wine suggestion from the sommelier was spot on and the carving of our rack of lamb by the restaurant manager was beautifully staged. Our dining experience was near perfect,

Amazing food, atmosphere and service. It's not cheap, but you're paying for the experience, not just a good meal. I highly recommend having a kir royale cocktail.
