Really good place, rooftop bar perfect in the sun!

Love this special spot. Uniquely Wellington with a wonderful view. Great in the summertime as it catches all the sunshine but equally as pleasant on a chilly winters evening as they have lots of heaters and blankets for comfort. Vibrant and fun staff and often in costume which is an extra element I appreciate. Also wonderful that they don't fill it up to the brim on a busy night.

Awesome bar, took me aaaaages to figure out where the entrance is (hint: it's in the Les Mills carpark, not Dixon Street), but 100% worth the wait. Spacious, with awesome views of the city, they also have blankets for when it gets cold, which is really nice and considerate. I really recommend for a few chill drinks in the evening, particularly on a warmer day.

Pretty disappointed after reading good reviews of this place. Best thing probably the views. Dirty? Yep could do with a good clean. For somewhere that bigs up it’s cocktails all 3 staff on duty at time had no idea about the gins they sell. And even less enthusiasm. Probably better place to checkout in summer as it’s pretty cold up there..especially with them not having spare gas available for their heaters.

Average service and typical nz pub drinks list (ie would have been great in 1986) . Much better options in Wellington, and there's too few good days to make the rooftop bar worthwhile.
