Copthorne Hotel & Resort Bay of Islands

Great hotel location. Next to Waitangi Treaty Grounds.
The buffet has good selection of food. Beautiful outdoor swimming pools. Good size rooms for a family of four. You can really relax while in here. Wifi is only free for members. We will be staying here again when we go back to Paihia.

Stayed a single night, the room was ok. It's just a bit too far from the attractions of Paihia. Bed was far too soft. Facilities are nice but the restaurant quite pricey. Limited parking due to the food festival next door. If you stay here, ask for a room on the seaside, or all you will see is a giant tree. The credit card service fee was a final slap in the face, hotels should absorb this fee as the cost of doing business

Enjoyed our stay. The pool area was amazing. Loved the spa. We stayed on the two nights accommodation, a three course meal and breakfast included. Very reasonable

poor customer service, however really enjoyed my breakfast and how the rooms were very nice and tidy

Had a lovely stay here when my sister came down. I had a voucher and used it without any issue. This is a resort style hotel room we stayed was nice and clean. Location is a bit far from the town centre however it was nice and peaceful and pretty much everything you need is within the resort. Highly recommended
