      I've been taking my Longines and Maurice Lacroix watches to Capital Watch Services for nearly 30 years for battery and strap replacements. I've always been very happy with their service. I wouldn't trust anyone else in Wellington with my precious watches.

      The customer service from this shop was appaling. Wait time for a watch battery was 60minutes. They had 2 staff sitting down. The battery warranty is the shortest I've come across (other stores have 2 years whilst here is only 1 & its void if watch goes under water)!! Asked if someone could notify me once the watch was done and they do not offer this service either. The lady serving me seemed more interested in playing on her phone then to attend to her customer. Bad service. Do not recommend and I sure will not the coming back!
