      I went in to purchase a few small parts that were missing from the bike I'd just bought secondhand, and the staff were very unhelpful and standoffish. They did not have a tool i needed to tighten a disc rotor bolt for sale except as part of an expensive
      Multi tool, and would not tighten it for me or lend me a torx key for 2 minutes so i could do it myself. I also needed the shock serviced but after being treated like i was inconveniencing the staff with my presence i left and will not be going back to that shop for any reason.
