General Info
Come and take a historic trip between Lambton Quay and Kelburn, enjoy the views. The cable car operates everyday except Christmas Day and runs every ten minutes from 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday. 8.30am to 10pm Saturday and 8:30am to 9pm Sundays and Public Holidays. The one way trip takes approximately five minutes.

Nice wellington activity to do. Wonderful picture opportunities mid way and at the top. Kids loved it.

Such fun and different experiences. A must do if in wellington. Kids loved is as well as the adults. Just remember a good jacket!

couldn't believe how cheap it was, well worth the money for the experience. Good for sometime to do when checking out the city. All the staff were friendly and to the car was easy from the city. Also a good museum and cafe at the top of the hill.

One of the coolest things we did in Wellington! It's super cheap and goes right up a big hill. It has amazing views at the top with a little museum at the top as well.

You have to do this once when in Wellington! It's such a nostalgic way to travel. Big shiny red cable car will take you to the top of the botanic gardens and back, so you can pack a picnic and make a day of it while enjoying the gardens.
