This is a big store and has a great range of baby products, on the day that I went the staff were very helpful and helped me find everything I was looking for.

I needed help to get phil&ted double kits for my buggy I bought from them a few years ago as now they don’t stock them in the shop anymore. I can only purchase it on phil&ted online. One of their staff led me the wrong information about the model of my Phil&ted vibe buggy and told me the incorrect double kits on the website. After I purchased the second seat online , i couldn’t return it back to the online store as I already opened and used it once to try on my buggy for my baby to sit on, she had a fall on it in the street , It was scary , lucky she was ok. It was really frustrating and also quite upset about it as now we having to pay more money to get another second seat.

Very Helpful staff that really did well helping me with some parts for my buggy. Great store.
