There is a great selection of products but prices are a little expensive.

I needed help to get phil&ted double kits for my buggy I bought from them a few years ago as now they don’t stock them in the shop anymore. I can only purchase it on phil&ted online. One of their staff led me the wrong information about the model of my Phil&ted vibe buggy and told me the incorrect double kits on the website. After I purchased the second seat online , i couldn’t return it back to the online store as I already opened and used it once to try on my buggy for my baby to sit on, she had a fall on it in the street , It was scary , lucky she was ok. It was really frustrating and also quite upset about it as now we having to pay more money to get another second seat.

Helpful and friendly staff to give you a hand if needed. Prices can be a bit steep, so best to wait for sales or discounts to get a better deal. Convenient location with lots of parking.

Been to different stores looking to get a hold of this pacifier that my little one prefers and found it in this store. Ended up buying other items for my little one. Great selection of baby products and the prices are affordable. Now, we are regular customers and will keep coming back to purchase more items.

Staff can be hit and miss but generally helpful.

Good range of quality items; the club points add up quickly and often have sales.

Handy location with good sales and good that is with a lot of other baby shops in Thorndon for a day of shopping!
