If I can I give -5 stars. Bad, bad, bad....
Expensive and not necessary fixing.
I've been there for wof and I didn't past because: not retracting set belt, nail in the tire and something wrong with one light.
I went to see another guy, he used to do wof and he took that nail out it was just in surface and check the set belt. He said that is fine. I went back to Welcome bay and their mechanics didn't want past wof. Welcome bay mechanic was very rude and he told me to go somewhere else. He declined to do wof only if I replace the set belt in their garage. He charge for everything what I have mentioned above $800. What is ridiculous.
I went to VTNZ and their mechanics look at the set belt and they said that it is fine. Their fixed the light for free and car past wof at their garage. I will never go to Welcome bay mechanic again! Their are rude, expensive and not helpful. If I can give you an advice do not go there if you don't want to spend all your money for nothing! I know that more people had problems with them for overcharging.
