Wanaka Speights Ale House

A very kids friendly place. Has great food. Cooked to perfection. Staff are really nice and attentive. Clean and tidy as well.

We had dinner here one evening nice outlook and friendly ambience. Our meals were delicious and the waiting staff were attentive and knowledgeable.

Awesome dinner for 5 people. Went early to beat the rush before the rugby. Service was good and the food was awesome. Everyone was happy with their order. The pork belly and squid was the pick of dishes for us.

We loved the food and it was great they had kid friendly drinks that weren't fizzy. Looking out the window was a pleasure. Food is good and reasonably priced. I liked the fact that food source was predominantly local. I appreciated the notations on the menu stating certain meals had a longer waiting time. Staff are friendly and helpful/attentive. Will be going again next time we're in town
