      Trentham racecourse with many meetings a year with Wellington cup january most popular....great train service with station outside entry gates and free parking around racecourse outside areas on road

      Went here for Wellington Brewday. Easy access from the train, lots of parking and heaps of toilets. A really nice outdoor area just outside of the racecourse area, great venue.

      Attended Wellington on a plate food truck event here impressed at the use of space and great to see the versatility of the venue including grandstand being used for kids movies! - street parking premium but easy over bridge access to railway station.

      Went here for the races. Was really cool to see it up close. Not enough bar areas tho. Train station close by. Can bring picnic. Generally formal attire on race days. I was able to patt the hourses around the back also.

      Always enjoy the family day at the races.... racecourse run down, but understand not a lot of races there anymore... such a great space.... should be used for more events!
