Great service, friendly, prompt . We only had wedges but good portion size and cost was good.

I have been here a few times on a Sat for lunch. It is clean and has a nice dining area. Last time I was looking forward to a meal I usually order but they had just changed the menu. The food my family ordered wasn't as good as the previous visits. My son really liked the kids pack they gave him and it kept him occupied. The staff need to be more attentive to tables after they have finished their mains, every time after a long wait we have had to call someone over to get our sons desert.

Keen to support Wellington on a plate in upper hutt we ventured to TMH - warm welcome and informative about the menu when we arrived late afternoon - no mention of bookings being required or recommended. Free pool table available to the side of the bar which we enjoyed. On ordering our 2nd glass of wine informed they were out of stock (even though was recomended by bar staff when orginally ordered) disappointing but no deal breaker - went to proceed to restaurant for dinner and were told its fully booked offered bar stool table - not ideal and would have been nice when we arrived and went through menu to be told we might have decided to go elsewhere or might have been able to booked a table. Crab entree ok, venison main amazing, duck very disappointing but service was consistent and quick - perhaps to quick as mains arrived before our entree had been cleared (bearly finished) .

Went there for Sunday lunch to try the WOAP burger. Burger was AMAZING! They should make it part of the regular menu. Service and time to wait was pretty good too, no complaints!

Nice setting, my food was average my husband loved his.... will give another try!
