Rang up on the phone and made an inquiry today, and had great service over the phone. Polite and helpful.
And whenever we visit the store it's always well stocked, with friendly staff who give great service.

Impressed with the responce from the manager when a conflict occured with a kiwibank team nember today he had it all resolved in seconds - that meantvafter my banking querry I could enjoy browsing the great range of cards and books they were displaying for dathers day. Good layout, pram friendly, located in the mall so parking easy but its located on the 2nd floor with only one lift but if you access straight from tge main street its easy!

Great little store.... can get great deals on books and gifts when on sale.... handy to be in same shop as the post shop.... great range of kids books! Manager appears genuinely interested and enthusiastic!
