Salvation Army Family Store

Large store that stock family clothing, housewares, furniture, toys, books, accessories and other bits and pieces. There is always a treasure or two to be found here if you have the time to go often. This store is always fully stocked and well laid out. Unfortunately the prices are dare for second hand. This is parking on site and is close to a petrol station and dariy.

Donations items are filtered so only good clean stock for sale. Unfortunately getting on the expensive side for second hand. Staff are pleasant and plenty of parking

Popped in today with only ten minutes to spare. Quickly grabbed a few things to try on which were all in good condition. ( one good thing is they dont put rubbish on the racks) I was still trying things on frantically when I heard they were closing up but when I came out the lady at the counter was patient and friendly even though it was a few minutes after closing before I paid and left.

Good place to have a browse and some retail therapy. Located on wai iti rd with parking available.

Lots of things are really over priced! The staff is helpful and friendly most of the time.
