      Recently joined with Power and broadband. I wasnt impressed with their registration process. Having to re-do everything over the phone even though I had a confirmation email with online registration completion. Worst customer service

      Very good company if your'e looking to have your internet, gas and power in one bill. Very handy. Monthly unlimited fibre internet deals are cheap. Had a couple of issues with our connection last year where it kept dropping out though. Never had any issues with customer service over the phone, staff are always very quick to rectify any issues and polite mannered.

      They have proven their worth so far. We have more than 1 account with Trustpower and are very happy with the service to date. I have recently moved my power and broadband over and it was a pleasant experience. Sign up for 2 years and you qualify for a 2017 Smart TV worth $1700.00....so all up i'm very chuffed.

      Trustpower has great phone service! You do not have a long wait and when spoken to the customer service is superb.
