Beautiful rooms with incredible views high quality decor nice and clean and comfortable short walk to town and places to eat the price to stay is reasonable and they have an incredible pool and place to eat onsite

Trinity Wharf Tauranga has a great location by the water and close to the city centre. It is walking distance to the city centre and excellent location to find selections of restaurants. I always considered Trinity Wharf Tauranga as a premium accommodation throughout the years that I have stayed when visiting family in Tauranga.
However, on my recent stay I was very disappointed with the service that was given when I checked in. The reception was rude and confused me with the explanation about the bond and payment of the room, there was no clear communication. The manager was approached and then explained it properly and helped me understand. When we checked into our Superior King room, we noticed the bed was NOT a King bed it was a queen bed. I spoke to the receptionist about this and she changed us to a room that had a King bed.
The room decors require maintenance or renovation. Especially the carpet, it feels dirty and dated and there were some old stains on the carpet. The Wifi also needs major improvement. I couldn’t stream a facebook video with low bandwidth requirement without constant lags, not to say streaming Netflix. Definitely wasn’t worth my money.

Beautiful hotel in fabulous setting our rooms were over the water. Very clean and spacious rooms with fridge, tea making facilities, gowns etc. Nice pool but ladder into pool difficult to use ! No entertainment in the evenings quite around the hotel !

Great venue to host a conference at. I was part of the organising group for NZNOG and we brought over 150 delegates to Tauranga for the conference - and Trinity Wharf was the perfect venue. Conference venues are in short-supply in Tauranga and it was very handy being able to stay on-site.

Great hotel. Nice and warm, good bed and bath. A bit of a maze to get from reception to our room on the other side. Lots of parking. Easy 10 min walk to town
