Great service by the staff in this branch. My engagement ring has an obvious mark on the diamond, and I was unsure if it was an imperfection or a crack. So took it back in, and the manager was very helpful. She showed me what is was, and offered to send it back for a full examine if I would like. They cleaned all my rings well I was waiting patiently.
