Not a great Experience when Im trying to find something for my husband n I asked a lady for help/advise after I explained her what Im after.. she looks at me n says 'I can't help u with that, Im new here.'

She didn't even try n attempted helping...she could have had a look around store for me.

I got help in another store n have now a nice present for my husband.

I was looking for a gift for a 30th birthday. The sales lady did show me a few recommendations. They have a huge variety of jewellery and I was surprised that they even had some ideas for a lower budget as well.

Fantastic service. We went and picked out a lovely amethyst and diamond ring and it's lovely! We were very well looked after and they had a great selection in a range of price ranges

Staff are professional and very helpful. Popped in to have a look and they cleaned my jewllery for me for free while i looked around the store. Was really helpful setting up a layby

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge variety of jewelery. They went out of their way to help me.
