Melba Foods was the first manufacturer of frozen cakes and desserts to the New Zealand food service sector. We also contract manufacture, import and export. Melbas is wholly owned by Priestleys Gourmet Delights, a Brisbane based cake manufacturer. Priestleys products are also sold within New Zealand and samples can be arranged on request. All our products are hand-made and cover a huge variety from black forest gateaux, individual desserts, cheesecakes, apple pie, traditional Christmas puddings, pastries and muffins. We use only the best natural ingredients and support our service with HACCP certified quality systems. gluten free products are available. MelbA Chocolate cake is so rich and divine yet not too sweet either which makes this cake everyone's favourite in the household.

Absolutely delicious their chocolate cakes are so moist and juicy and full of chocolate. We love Melba cakes.
