Melba Foods was the first manufacturer of frozen cakes and desserts to the New Zealand food service sector. We also contract manufacture, import and export. Melbas is wholly owned by Priestleys Gourmet Delights, a Brisbane based cake manufacturer. Priestleys products are also sold within New Zealand and samples can be arranged on request. All our products are hand-made and cover a huge variety from black forest gateaux, individual desserts, cheesecakes, apple pie, traditional Christmas puddings, pastries and muffins. We use only the best natural ingredients and support our service with HACCP certified quality systems. gluten free products are available. Very delicious and not overly sweet. We enjoy the Chocolate Cake made by Melba on birthdays as the cakes are pretty big and affordable at roughly $28. Often found at Countdown supermarkets

Stopped in for breakfast after not coming here for years ... I don't know why, everything is so good here, great ambiance, friendly attentive staff, the smoothest coffee and top notch food. After looking at the vast wine wall, we'll be back after 5 very soon!
