      Me and a few friends stopped in here to cool down and get some coffee and juice. I ordered the veggie juice and my friend asked for a coffee. The server said they didn't have just regular coffee and pointed to a list of specialty coffees... so he asked for a Diet Coke, which they didn't have, and then asked for a sparkling water. 20 minutes later the server told us they didn't have any sparkling water and no sign of the juice. About 30 minutes in, i received my juice and it was delicious. The server brought our check and said that she made sure they didn't charge my friend for the sparkling water (that they didn't have) as if it was a favor..
