Not bad for second hand shopping but they put the clotges and prices of everything up way too pricey now. Used to be regular customer dont go there much now.

great staff we have fostered and adopted animals from the Rotorua SPCA always great to deal with animals always well cared for

We have been in here a lot to check out the adoption cats and dogs and they are very well looked after by staff. The enclosures are clean and the volunteers are friendly when you ask them questions, there is always plenty of water in the bowls too. Sometimes there is a section where animals aren't available for adoption due to being confiscated or in quarantine but the staff are good with letting you know
