Great friendly staff and I like how they have a spa area down on the bottom floor. Stayed two nights, Service was awesome

For an overnighter visiting family, we stayed at Millenium Hotel Rotorua by Polynesian Spas and service was very good whilst grounds and facilities were fantastic.
Walking through the corridors and using lifts, the hotel in these aspects seemed very dated. The outdoor garden area was beautiful and once reaching our room it was clean and tidy with nice bathroom facilities. The room accents appeared dated too however actually getting into bed after a long night, it was simply luxurious and heavenly. I had a magnificent rejuvenating slumber!
