Josh Wilson and partner Nicola bought the business in 2015 from his uncle Mark who started Asphalt Improvement in 1979. Josh has worked in the business since the age of 17 and brings a hands-on experience to every job, while Nicola is heavily involved in managing the accounts and ensuring all customers are satisfied.

Their team of six experienced asphalt layers are based on the North Shore travelling throughout greater Auckland, with the capacity to asphalt up to 5000 square metres. They pride themselves on operating with integrity and reliability, and believe in helping local communities and charities with generous discounts or free labour.
