Huge store with a massive selection of items in their homewares and electrical sections. Staff are always friendly and welcoming – not too pushy, just available if you need them. I have a couch from this store which is lasting well after seven years. Some items are a little pricey, you can often find the exact replica in one of the other furniture stores for less – that would be my only critique.

Went here and brought a laptop, I wanted to see which one was better as I’m studying. The staff who helped me was really insightful and full of knowledge. I ended up buying the apple laptop, and it’s been working so well wth what I’m studying. It easy to search in and he really sold me a great buy. Definitely recommend this Harvey Norman.

I had to call in and get a replacement strap for my fitbit as it broke (my fault), they had alot to choose from and they had two sizes. The guy was helpful and i ended up getting the smaller one which better. Very helpful, nice staff.

This store has friendly staff. No trouble to help you with any queries. Great customer service! I went into store to buy some curlers for my hair. The lady was really informative and I ended buying one that I never considered before before I could try it out whilst in store! Love my new product - thanks so much

Excellent knowledge on the products they sell and competitive pricing. If they do not have the product in stock they will order it in for you. Their discounts for people working the in services is a great way to support them and say thank you, nice to see big companies doing this.
