huge store. friendly staff always well stocked when we shop. great parking. would be good if there was some under cover parking!

I always shop in countdown. Its a good supermarket, with good products and good prices. Although I rate it with four stars because the one located in Victoria street in auckland city centre, which is the one I always go to, has higher prices than other auckland countdowns.

The weekly mailer is handy when you have a budget to stick to and want to get an idea on what you will be spending. You can also tailor your shop to what is on special for the week. $1 bread and lots of basics options, your shop at countdown can be pleasant, with lots of goodies, but really cheap. The self checkout counters are handy as the express counters arent always open.

Modern design. Everything i need is here. Well arrange products, easy to find. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great supermarket. Good layout and nice bakery good. I wish they had a bigger selection of vegetarian products but overall good.
