Autobahn Cafe Ltd

Autobahn is a great place to stop off for some food, but the several times I have been there I have not been super impressed with the food/service. Twice we have been given the wrong food, and it has taken a very long time to come out, so in one instance we just had to get our money back and leave. Other than that, their desserts are very nice and they have a wide variety of foods on the menu to choose from.

It was a great place to have a quick bite. The service was fast and the food was delicious. They also have a terrace and it was perfect for the good weather we had.

If you are driving down south out of Auckland you would of definitely driven past this cafe, I been there a couple of times mostly because we forgot to eat before rushing out on road trip. The cafe food it self is quite usual and nothing special but it is hearty and will fill you up for your long drive ahead. Also it’s a good alternative to the fast food chain next door.

Good place to stop and get a good meal, good coffee.

On the way back up north stopped for breakfast. Reasonable selection of food great cheap breakfast basic but works, cooked well. Great tea selection as well.
