Nice tidy looking store. Staff are friendly here and food looks fresh and well presented. Like the fact they sell free farmed ham in the deli, a big plus!!

my daughter loves the little garden, we go in there just to grab them and for the cupcakes of course. the staff are really friendly and helpful and the bakery and deli are really yummy.

Always good service and friendly staff but, they have every flavour of fancy feast except for the kitten food version. What's with that?

Love all the lunch options in the deli and the hot food section. I do wish they had a separate section in store for vegetarians as it can take a wee while negotiating the shop to find the good stuff spread all over the shop.

Great customer service, the staff are always happy to help you find things or go look them up in the system. Nice range of speciality foods (gluten/dairy/sugar free/organic). Have lots of lunch foods (heat up meals, sandwiches etc)
