Reading Cinemas

Close to home, so easy to get too, and free parking available. Could do with being tidier and cleaner, and not the classiest venue. Good cinema's, large screens, decent candy bar on offer. Tad expensive pricing, with an eclectic atmosphere. Would be nice if some visitors treated the venue more respectfully, as opposed to just treating it like a place to hang out. Helpful and friendly staff.

Conveniently located in the North City mall this has been a go to cinemas for us for last 4 or 5 years.

Reading Cinema in Porirua is located in the North City mall at the same end as New World, the 4 hour underground parking lot and the train station. It is in the perfect central location.

The cinemas are upstairs with a candy bar and an arcade area. As kids we could spend hours here.

The cinemas themselves are reasonably clean and all fit the same standard Reading formula.

The lines are very long however if you use e-tix the line is not very long it is a bit pricey however it is perfect to go there with your friends. I would recommend going there.

Easy local cinema, easy access, too bad it doesn't come with a gold lounge, but cant complain as we only paying $10 per ticket
