The last time I was there, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The branch manager Would go beyond and above to answer your queries and make sure you understand their product. The staff would do their best to make sure the queue is dealt with asap. Would highly recommend them again

We have recently taken a mortgage with ASB Bank and I needed to pop into the branch to verify my documents. I must admit, while the staff were extremely pleasant, they didn't complete the processes correctly on two occasions, which led to delays from our end. Oh well, probably just got them on a bad day!
