      I have been lied to, mislead and scammed by the Harvey Norman tech team. Firstly my laptop was 'lost' by the team and upon contacting the insurance company, no claim had been made even a week after I took it in. When I finally got the replacement laptop, the amount of RAM was wrong even though we paid for an upgrade. Bad service, would not reccommend.
