Appalling service from Harvey Norman in Paraparaumu. The Customer Service Team didn't follow up any of my concerns. I was stuck with a faulty washing machine for 4 months. No phone calls were returned and no emails answered. It's beyond me how a business like Harvey Norman can get away with treating their customers like they just don't matter.
Fortunately, the Product Care Team who had never even been notified by HN staff until a week ago have recognised the poor treatment I have received and have refunded me in full, rather than giving me a store credit. Not only will I never purchase from Harvey Norman again, but I will also shout it from the rooftops that this store doesn't deserve anybody's business.
Additionally, take my advice and do not buy an Electrolux front loader. I have had two now that have had major issues and The Electrolux Customer Care Person by the name of Shayne was completely unwilling to help. He was rude and did not answer my emails.

Appalling service, I wanted to talk to the head of the tech department about a device that was faulty, and they wouldn't come out to talk to me. This isn't the first time that I have come across this.

Best price washing machine, installation, delivery and removal of old machine.
Checkout staff very polite.
