      Store looked a little messy today. Big open space as you first walk in the door and does not feel very inviting. Perhaps some other way of advertising what's on a good special.... Specific products on clearance/special in catalogue might make it a little more welcoming. We walked around the phones for about 10 mins and were not approached by any staff member so unfortunately we left

      100% saved our road trip. The car cd player stopped working, so we called in to get an FM transmitter so we didn't have 5 hours of no music. Was quite pricey but was was worth it.

      I went to Harvey Norman looking for some outdoor furniture. They didn't have a huge variety, but I love all the ones that they did have. We did end up buying a wooden one. The customer service was excellent and they even gave us a kit to treat the wood for free.
