Made a booking online, rang to adjust, to be told the reservation didn’t exist, for a birthday, and that there were no tables. This did not only occur once however, but less than two weeks later. This time we called to book, but upon arrival, the same situation occurred. A previous customer, now you will not see me again there, after two ruined dinner plans. Thanks a lot Speights!

Rang to make a reservation as normal but upon arrival was told there was no table booked under our name - the same issue a week later. Not impressed therefore did not end up dining there

Some of the staff could do with some cheering up. Food is good. Always clean and tidy.
