Mainfreight Limited

Im really disgusted in this company! I had to wait almost 2 weeks for my goods even though the track n trace said they were at their depot after a few days. They tried to tell me that it was google maps fault for getting towns mixed up and said my goods were still in Wellington not Palmerston North. This puts me off buying off anyone that uses them for freight and its not a one off either Ive seen other bad reviews on the site I purchased off. Only giving a half star because theres not option to do zero stars.would not recommend to anyone.

Awful service from mainfreight. Tried them multiple times because they were recommended to me but they had extremely long delivery times and were very careless with the freight causing damage each time. They lost parts of our items each time

This company would be the most unprofessional. takes 3 days from wellington to palmerston north, and another 7days from palmerston north to pahiatua which only 28km from palmerston north.

The goods did finally arrive but not by the must deliver by date. No interest from the company in delivering on time and no contact to advise would not bother to do so despite having had the goods in plenty of time. Not the first time delivery instructions have been ignored. Hopefully will be the last time I have to get a delivery from this company and certainly will for refusing to send anything via them. Only gave 1 star because there is not a zero star rating.

Have been waiting for a large item to come down from Auckland. It has been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting. After following up apparently it has been lost! How do you lose a trampoline? Was meant to be a christmas present for my kids. They have been so excited waiting for it. I had some furniture moved by another Mainfreight branch, they damaged it and then walked through my house in muddy boots! Think I'll avoid this company. Not very professional at all.
