      We have used Gold carpet cleaning on a number of occasions. We have always been happy with their service. They do a very good job and are polite and punctual. They have removed stains that we did not expect to lift including one particularly obvious raspberry stain in the middle of our lounge. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

      We used Gold Carpet Cleaning service twice, first time we had no issues. However, second time, they called to cancel on Wed for the Fri cleaning. It makes it very difficult when you have a date already set to move out of the house, and have to look for someone else while trying to pack up everything. Not professional at all...
