Great pet store, especially love their animal Ethics. They only sell/adopt rescue cats and dogs from the SCPA which have been speyed and neutered! The staff really know their stuff and are always more than happy to help!

Animates have a wide range of products for pets. Helpful staff, would like them to be more competitive with prices and perhaps to have an online store. They have their own reward system, but I don’t use it much and reap many benefits from it.

Great staff and super friendly if you take a pet with you. Glad they don't stock a lot of animals in this branch, just spca kittens and some rabbits. Prices are a bit on the high side so it pays to wait for a sale if you can. Very nicely laid out store, clean and tidy (although there is a big fish tank that could do with a clean).

They have very knowledgeable staff who provide great amounts of help. A large store filled with a range of products for every type of pet. Convenient car park right outside the door. Great value for money and they have their own great rewards system.
