Staff have been largely unhelpful the last two times I have been here. They just watch you and don’t ask if you need help. A lot of private conversations going on. Good selection. Wish they had more pets in store. Always buy my turtle food here

like the set up of the store and people always willing to help, store deals are good somtimes can be a hit-n-miss. overall good.

Staff are always helpful, great location with easy parking. A large range of stock and everything you need for your pets.
