Good range of products but very high prices. The product range and the service has certainly gone down hill over the years. They still offer a rewards system but not as good as the previous one and the staff are no longer knowledgeable

Love this store, dogs are welcome instore (and even given treats) and there is a loyalty programme too.

Great store with friendly staff, we bought a nice cat stratcher tower from here which was quite expensive even on special but is great quality.

good range bit expensive but all the right advice and can sorce and products u may need. was fun watching a dog be groomed
