Hahei Beach Cafe

Good range of food options and nice coffee.

Lots of vegetarian options. Not pram or wheelchair friendly though.

Staff is so friendly and chirpy. When we went there, it was probably the rush hour. However, the food was soooooo delicious that it was definitely worth a wait. Also, try their coffee, it is the best.

This is a very cute restaurant close to the Hot Water Beach in Hahei. My daughter and I stopped here after a boat tour on the advice of the owners of the hotel where we were staying. The only downside of the restaurant was the staff, who seemed a bit cranky even though the cafe wasn't busy.

Delightful cafe with plenty of off-street parking adjacent, staffed by locals who obviously take pride in producing dishes and treats with a local flavour.
