Big store with plenty of parking, convenient central location. There stock is always updated and the service is good and helpful. Everything is laid out well.

I visit this Warehouse store most times I'm in New Plymouth. It's open, light and spacious. I appreciate the dedicated TV/tech section with a staff member on-hand to help with any queries. The staff are always friendly, obliging and helpful, especially the checkout operators. The only downside is the presence of a security person manning the entrance. It's not very discreet, and isn't the ideal way to welcome customers!

pretty handy Warehouse at it has a pretty good location on the main street of the CBD. Great parking and close to the 3 main super markets which is handy. Very good range of budget deals. It's pretty handy if you are jumping between a couple of different chores at the weekend.

Large store which usually has everything I want, sometimes I do have to drive out to Bell Block to the bigger store as they tend to carry a bit more stock. Always have a great customer service experience when picking up my click and collect orders, only frustrating thing is sometimes aisles get messy by lazy customers making a mess however the staff can only to so much to reduce this happening.

Always happy with our purchases from here, pretty much always find what we need if not the staff are brilliant at helping find it and even go as far as to try find in other local warehouse stores. Massive store with something for everyone. The free parking is even better.
