While recently doing some Christmas shopping in the New Plymouth branch of The Warehouse, I had put my wallet down to pick something up and look it. I then walked off without grabbing my wallet. After about 30mins I realised my mistake and went back to where I put it down - it was gone!! However on approaching the service desk and speaking to staff they sent 3 team members in search of my missing wallet and they recovered it within 10mins!! Awesome job guys!!!

A lot easier to find things now since things have been changed around feels less cluttered. Staff so friendly and helpful

Good prices on a range of items. Staff not always easy to talk to though, and items aren't always quality - especially the cheap stuff.

I found a slightly damaged item and the girls on customer service desk were hapu to reduce for me. Love the $1,2,3,5,10 deals. Great deals on jewellery and always great sales. Parking is easy with option of free 60 min up top or pay and display underground.
