At Gengy's New Plymouth you can dine with a difference! Choose from the wide selection of meat, seafood, marinades & vegetables and add some sauces & spices. Then give your culinary creation to the Chef who will cook your meals to perfection on the special hotplate. Once cooked you can add rice, noodle or fried rice from the servery and enjoy your meal! You can then repeat this process as many times as you want!

Great place for a family meal. The food is prepared infront of you and everything is really fresh. The staff were friendly and kind and provided great customer service. Would definitely come back and recommend.

Went here for end of year work do before we got drunk haha loved the fact you got to chose your food and then you got to watch your food be cooked in front of you witch ment your food was nice and hot found the food to be excellent have been back many times recommend to try this place if you are in taranaki

Quite a different dining experience, not the norm to have your food cooked right in front of you, nice to have our children see how it's all done. The place has a great atmosphere and definitely family friendly. Great friendly staff and the desserts are fantastic. Ideal place for groups too

Awesome experience seeing the food get cooked right in front of you. The kids loved it, and wasn't even expensive!
