At Gengy's New Plymouth you can dine with a difference! Choose from the wide selection of meat, seafood, marinades & vegetables and add some sauces & spices. Then give your culinary creation to the Chef who will cook your meals to perfection on the special hotplate. Once cooked you can add rice, noodle or fried rice from the servery and enjoy your meal! You can then repeat this process as many times as you want!

This restaurant is amazing. All self served. Love it. Great variety of foods that caters for kids and adults. Can mix your food and spices and watch them cook in front of you on the fire lit grill. Dessert bar full of different flavoured ice creams and toppings complemented with a freshly cooked pancake if you want. Best value for money too. I highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome for getting your kids to try new foods they have all sorts and the kids can try a tiny bit of everything our daughter is a very fussy eater but last time we were here she found she likes baby corn!

Family took me here for my birthday and I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and a great atmosphere
