Crowded House Bar & Cafe

Not to bad of a place to drink at on a Saturday night if they are busy . I came in with a friend one lunch time to try their meals & a rude staff member asked us for ID even though we were only here for lunch my friend didn’t have hers so we had to leave , even though it was 12pm & we didn’t order drinks . It was poor customer service in my eyes .

Massive place, can get a bit trashy on the weekends. We only went in here if there were no other options. Not great late at night. At earlier times it is a lot better however. The staff are decent and there is good service. Good quiz night and good for family type events.

One of the favourite bars in town to go to, great atmosphere, great food and drinks! Tried a few of the burgers but the fried chicken sliders take the cake, they are super succulent and delicious! Got a great selection of tap beers, so we always get a jug to share and play some pool on their pool tables!

Nice classic food with a few trendy twists (smoked wings). Generally good and huge portions.

Very excellent restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, there was not a very long waiting time and it had a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend eating here when visiting New Plymouth!
