Challenge Spotswood

I find this Petrol Station clean tidy staff happy helpful. Very good petrol discounts using my AA card.

Love challenge Spotswood. Always great prices. Friendly team and helpful. Sometimes there is someone on the forecourt helping out and considering they are far away from the CBD their pricing is always competitive with Gull in the central city.

Worst customer service I have ever had. I came in this morning and asked for help to put air in my tyre. I was told to wait, even though no one else was is line. They lovely young man said to the older man “ you go bro I’ll be right”. He obviously took offence and was so rude. He had a scowl on his face and never spoke once even when I thanked him. I have never had a problem before but If this is your customer service now I will not be returning.
