After initially visiting the Richmond store we went to the Nelson store to buy a pair of Amp Air headphones. I was happy to see they had a great discount on them. It was easy to find a park in the carpark behind the store and the staff were helpful. Collected Flybuys on the purchase so that's a bonus.

Great store! Always have staff happy to help. Usually have good interest free deals and if you get served by John - wow he is a human encyclopedia, very knowledgeable man on all the products!

I visited this store today after spending 15 minutes on hold to the "contact centre" phone line. I was relieved that in person the service was adequate and they had the product I was looking for.
