Professional and Impressive!
I don't usually write a review but today I am because of the service that we received from your company. JOHN and PHILLIP were very nice, professional and promt. They fixed our oven and were very helpful, even explaining how it works. Totally recommend John Scowen repairs.

Our almost new Miele stopped working.................John Scowen arrived promptly, did all the warranty claim stuff, and ordered a replacement control panel, which he fitted a few days later when it arrived.
Polite, helpful service.........would recommend, and would use again.

Amazing service. Called in relation to a power surge and he sent me on to someone else to deal with my brand of machinery. No fuss, no rip off. Honest service
