I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe we got Steve on a bad day and our experience was not the normal, but our van, which has always flown thru its WOFs in the past, failed on multiple accounts that had never even been mentioned in the comments of past services. Our ball joint was weak and in need of a comment to be replaced, but did not need replacing quite yet (agreed by the mechanic that fixed it), and our rear brakes were low but they still worked which technically means they couldnt be failed (though that is an argueable point since a WOF is about the safety of a vehicle). In our vehicle the front brakes do the majority of the braking and they were in good condition which I think means we should have been told about rear brakes in the comments to make sure we did them before our next check, but didn't need to be failed because of them. I should mention that I did not know our high beam headlight was out and yes, it should have failed for that. However I would not have minded failing if it had only been for that reason and I wouldn't have written this review. I believe mechanics have a position of power and when that power is abused, people should be aware of it. Go someplace else, maybe not a WOF testing station where they spend their day only finding things wrong, but rather a garage who could fix it for you.
