Funky wee bar. Great beers and some nice food: Cool atmosphere. I just don’t like the location. Would be awesome to have more room with a better outdoor area.

Pretty disappointing craft beer experience. The decor of the bar itself is pretty lacklustre. The beer brewed by Volstead is definitely at the bottom end of the craft beer available in CHCH and the staff aren’t especially friendly. I won’t be coming back here. There is much better on offer in CHCH!

Atmosphere is good, excellent range of craft beer with tap beers being rotated periodically so there's always something new to try even if you've been many times before.

interesting place, good beer and the food is nice for snacking. Tad expensive other wise nice
